Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Shepherdsville, KY is hiring for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler. You will work Sunday through Thursday, from 7:30 PM until finish, with the opportunity to earn two pay raises in your first year.

Starting pay is $21.13/hour (includes a $1 premium). You’ll train with our team, lift up to 100 pounds, and work in a fast-paced distribution center. Holidays, weekends, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Resume optional but may speed review.

2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler Distribution Center Address

342 Gordon Industrial Ave., Shepherdsville, KY

Pay: Starting at $21.13/hour (includes a $1.00 2nd shift premium) Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year Earn more per hour for speed and efficiency

Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off 2nd Shift - 7:30 PM until finish (shifts may vary based on work volume)

Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed - holidays are very important to our customers!
• We have frozen products - your ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions is required while you’re here.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage and a background check.
