Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Springfield, Ohio is hiring warehouse staff for our automated distribution center. You’ll be on your feet, lifting up to 100 pounds, and no prior experience is required as training is provided.

Starting pay is $21.13 per hour, with a $1 second-shift premium and two raises in your first year. Benefits start day one, weekly pay, wellness reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and a background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Distribution Center Address

Pay

Starting at $21.13/hour (includes a $1.00 2nd shift premium)

• Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year

Work Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday work week with Fridays and Saturdays off
• Full Time Shift starts - 7:30 PM until finish (shifts may vary based on work volume)

You’ll be on your feet for the duration of your shift and you’ll be lifting up to 100 pounds, but there’s no experience required - we train you how to get the job done with our dedicated training team. • We have frozen products - your ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions is required while you’re here.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage and a background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
