Job summary

PLA, a national supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a Warehouse Office Support for the 2nd shift in Montgomery, IL. The role focuses on detailed recordkeeping, reporting, and administrative support to the warehouse operations team.

You'll collaborate with the Warehouse Administrative Manager, ensure accuracy in system transactions and inventory coordination, and contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment. Benefits include daily/weekly pay, PTO, health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (warehouse/logistics preferred).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite management with day-to-day administrative functions.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and system data entry.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, order entry, answering phones, and routing messages.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory coordination, and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth administrative workflow.
