Job summary

Capstone is seeking a 3rd shift administrative aide in New Lenox, IL, to provide clerical and inventory support to site management and the corporate office. The role requires precise data entry, and routine shipments to the corporate office.

Starting pay is $18/hr with a $19/hr bump after two weeks, and the shift runs Sunday through Thursday from 9 pm until finish. A high level of computer literacy is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong data entry and computer literacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work Sundays–Thursdays on a 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, inventory and clerical support to Capstone site management and corporate office.
• Perform data entry of daily information into Capstone systems.
• Prepare shipments to corporate office and receive and distribute return communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
