Dutch Farms is hiring a Warehouse Office Logistics Clerk in Chicago, IL for the 2nd shift. You will support daily warehouse and transportation operations, processing driver routes, maintaining inventory, and preparing route documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily driver route information and deliveries.
• Prepare and process invoices and route-related documentation.
• Track shipments and maintain logistics records.
• Update inventory in company systems and prepare product labels.
• Answer calls from drivers and direct to receiving doors.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• Resolve delivery and shipment issues and maintain records.
• Handle money and financial information accurately and confidentially.
• Perform data entry and other admin duties using Microsoft Office.
