Job summary

Ollie is seeking a DC Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Princeton, IL. This full-time, on-site role oversees the efficient operation of a warehouse section, ensuring merchandise readiness for distribution to stores.

Responsibilities include directing a team, enforcing safety standards, coordinating with other DC supervisors, and maintaining accurate records. Requires 1–2 years supervisory experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or four year degrees related to business management preferred.
• One to two years’ supervisory experience in a mid-size to large distribution center.
• Ability to manage in a professional work environment.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• The ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Efficient planning, prioritization and implementation of detailed instructions.
• The ability to learn and communicate new information to all associates.
• Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support a team-oriented environment.
• Ensure an orderly and neatly maintained area.
• Direct work of the team to meet daily business needs.
• Proactively establish shrinkage control disciplines and programs.
• Coordinate with other Supervisors and Managers in the DC.
• Complete internal reporting processes timely and accurately.
• Interview, select and train associates; coach and discipline as needed.
• Accurately maintain associates’ hours in Kronos.
• Additional responsibilities as business needs arise.
