Qualifications

• Excellent planning, organization, and multi-project coordination.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production schedules, allocate labor across shifts, manage inventories, and assign tasks to meet deadlines and customer needs.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, ensure reliable materials and equipment, and oversee health and safety protocols for a secure workplace.
• Manage operational budgets, control production costs, minimize waste, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise the manufacturing process, resolve production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze production data, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare performance and cost reports for management.
