OMNI Technologies, Inc. in Indiana seeks a 2nd shift Molder to mold plastic parts from urethane. The shift runs Monday–Thursday, 3pm–1am, with potential overtime. You will read work orders and apply processing parameters in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Working with hand tools.
• Mathematical ability.
• Manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail.
• Organization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to read blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand work orders.
• Break down material formulas using mathematical equations.
• Learn about and apply knowledge of different urethanes, curatives, and their processing parameters.
• Promote a culture of teamwork.
• Cooperate with team members to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Maintain equipment.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
