Job summary

Omni Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Finisher on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:30AM-3PM) to trim, assemble, machine, and inspect urethane parts. On-the-job training and tuition reimbursement accompany a supportive team environment in Greendale, Indiana.

You will read blueprints, perform finishing with various tools, maintain high quality, and report issues promptly to maintain efficiency and safety. Opportunity for overtime exists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Competency in reading and using basic measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to quality specifications; identify defects and report issues.
• Perform finishing operations using hand and power tools and adhere to safety standards.
• Read blueprints and work orders to assemble, bond, and install components.
• Make accurate part counts and measurements with attention to inventory and quality.
• Follow work orders and directions to complete tasks efficiently and correctly.
• Maintain clean work area and participate in basic equipment maintenance.
• Ensure 5S standards and safe working conditions.
• Perform other duties as needed to support production.
