OmniMax is seeking a Plastic B-Technician for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on injection molding and extrusion-related tasks, with responsibilities spanning setup, material handling, and equipment troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in injection molding and/or profile extrusion.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Solid troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to lift 50-70 lbs safely.
• Experience driving forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean extrusion dies and sizers after each run.
• Load resins and colorants; verify material recipes.
• Maintain materials stock (resin, colorant, boxes, labels).
• Remove finished product from packing areas and store properly.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment (filters, etc.).
• Relieve packers for breaks and cover shifts as needed.
• Assist A-Tech with tooling, setup, and parameterization per setup sheet.
• Troubleshoot downstream and packaging equipment during startup and production.
