Responsibilities include training operators, recording process changes, and supporting process engineers with new mold setups. Requires prior injection molding experience and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of injection molding experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of injection mold machines and auxiliary equipment preferred.
• Experience with liquid silicone injection molding is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team with other mold processors and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot the injection molding process to ensure quality parts.
• Help meet production goals by reducing downtime.
• Fill out production paperwork accurately and timely.
• Record all process changes.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Occasionally assist with mold changes.
• Assist with new mold setups and parameter ranges.
• Train new and existing operators on molding techniques.
• Support breaks by running machines if needed.
