• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.
• Monitor DOT and FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service, OSHA standards.
• Track KPIs: on-time service, loaded-mile percentage, idle time reduction.
