Lineage is seeking a Logistics Clerk in Tennessee to serve as the first point of contact for delivery drivers and coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure accurate, timely shipping documentation. The role includes data verification, scheduling in the WMS, and supporting carrier communications.

2nd shift hours are Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM. Candidates should be comfortable working in cold and dry storage environments, able to lift up to 20 lbs, and adept at using PPE in

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Proficient computer skills incl. MS Office Suite.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs and work in variable storage temperatures.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to complete shipping documents.
• Verify and count products to ensure data accuracy in the system.
• Log cash received by carriers when applicable.
• Notify carriers and team of pending or unscheduled arrivals.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler and assist with scheduling.
