Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Office/Traffic Clerk for a Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm shift. You will compile shipment records, plan driver assignments, and ensure documents are completed accurately. You’ll interact with drivers and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations in a dynamic environment.

The role requires strong math, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to work in cold or dry storage settings and lift up to 20 lbs. Safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs and work in varying storage environments.
• Flexible work schedule and shift availability, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver assignments and check-in/check-out loads.
• Serve as first contact for delivery drivers and coordinate with warehouse/transportation.
• Verify data accuracy in the system and log cash received by carriers when applicable.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler and notify relevant stakeholders.
