Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Comfort with varying noise levels in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver assignments, check-in, assign doors, and check-out after loads.
• Serve as first contact for delivery drivers and coordinate with warehouse/transportation.
• Verify and log data in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows, or unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary.
