Responsibilities

• Direct the 2nd shift Torch Assembly department to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure safety and enforce company policies for 2nd shift staff.
• Assist in hiring, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Maintain production control boards, cycle times, and performance records.
• Conduct employee evaluations and participate in GEMBA walks and training.
