Job summary

Liberty Diversified International is hiring a Tool & Die Technician for our Brooklyn Park, MN facility. You will support machine operators, assist with die organization, and communicate issues to improve efficiency and safety in a fast-paced production environment.

This full-time role reports to a Production Supervisor and requires ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution or 1+ years manufacturing or comparable experience.
• Ability to perform basic math—addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read, follow, and/or complete detailed work instructions.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of orders according to customer specifications and tool readiness.
• Operate equipment such as saws and knives to perform minor die repairs and manage die inventory.
• Identify issues and communicate with leaders; troubleshoot to maximize overall equipment efficiency.
• Manage tooling inventory and organization; use forklift and pallet jacks to move inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following the post order cleaning process.
• Follow plant safety processes and perform other duties, as assigned.
