A global leader in energy solutions is seeking a Tool and Die Technician responsible for ensuring precision and reliability in tooling and dies across production operations. This role involves diagnosing and repairing tooling, performing maintenance, and collaborating with teams to improve processes. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in tool and die maintenance, proficiency in CNC machining, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tool and die maintenance, fabrication, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CNC and manual machining, precision grinding, welding, and assembly of complex dies.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T, blueprints, and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex tooling, molds, and dies to ensure production readiness.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance using established PM/TPM systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve tool designs and processes.
