Liberty Packaging - Twin Cities in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Tool & Die Technician to safely produce quality corrugated products and support machine operators in die organization and issue communication.

This full-time role reports to a Production Supervisor and is located at our Brooklyn Park, MN manufacturing facility. A HS diploma or GED and 1+ year of manufacturing experience are required; overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of orders according to customer specifications.
• Operate equipment to perform minor die repairs and manage die inventory.
• Communicate issues to leaders and assist with troubleshooting.
• Move inventory using forklift and pallet jacks; maintain organized tooling.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean.
