You will diagnose, repair, and maintain tools and dies, set up CNC machinery, and ensure parts meet specs. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and cost metrics, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman cardholder status required.
• Experience with CAD/CNC tools preferred.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine assemblies to repair tools and dies.
• Test runs to ensure components meet specifications.
• Set up and operate conventional and CNC machine tools.
• Select proper metals and materials to meet specs.
• Interface with internal/external customers to meet demands.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records.
• Follow safety policies including LOTO and PIT safety.
