Qualifications

• Experience in TIG welding or MIG welding, or welding/fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, process sheets, measurements, and/or work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex assignments.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Welding or brake press qualification testing may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other materials as required.
• Fabricate, fit, cut, shape, and join components according to specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, tooling, fixtures, and related machinery.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and work area in safe, clean condition.
• Follow lean manufacturing practices and support cross-training within the cell.
