ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. in Rosemount, MN is seeking a maintenance professional for a 2nd shift, onsite role. You will repair and maintain machinery, equipment, facilities, and systems while coordinating with maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with a focus on preventive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree and 2–4 years of manufacturing experience on similar

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• 2 - 4 years manufacturing experience on same or similar equipment.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ASQ, Quality ISO/SQF, Continuous Improvement a plus.
• Ability to manage moderately complex issues and problems.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Solid working knowledge of maintenance processes and related manufacturing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations).
• Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
• Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Repair & maintain machinery, equipment, facilities, systems & grounds.
• Timely process work orders/requests, prioritizing most critical repairs.
• Work closely with maintenance, management, internal customers and other departments.
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance which may include mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, interior and exterior areas. This is not a full list there may be other areas of responsibility.
• Coordinate with specialists internal and external when more complex work is needed.
• Schedules maintenance, repairs and installations to minimize disruptions when possible.
• Report on and update management and systems on projects, status, schedules, completion changes.
• Comply with all Safety, Operational and Employment policies and practices.
• Ensure team is following protocols pertaining to safety, quality, production, documentation, reports, good manufacturing practices, 5S compliance and cleaning procedures.
• Seek out opportunities to improve established manufacturing practices and become a sounding board for employee concerns. Anticipate inefficiencies and bring constructive solutions.
• Train and mentor employees.
• Understand machine requirements for effective and efficient operations.
• Understand defects to assist in rectifying issues.
• All other duties as assigned

Pay or shift range: $27.90 USD to $41.04 USD

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Essential Duties and Tasks

This is a 2nd shift, onsite position in Rosemount, MN. Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm.

• Repair & maintain machinery, equipment, facilities, systems & grounds
