Job summary

Peraton is seeking an entry level Systems Administrator (Shift 2) to support a national intelligence program that delivers engineering, development, deployment, operations, upgrades and sustainment of products and services to meet client missions. This role covers 24x7 operations with shift work and requires active TS/SCI clearance with poly eligibility.

You will provide end-user support, manage PCs and network equipment, and perform basic admin tasks while adhering to SLAs and documenting

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a Poly.
• Experience with Windows and Linux OS.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT I/II certification preferred.
• Ability to function as a back-up lead.
• Excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support to clients.
• Install, troubleshoot PC and network equipment.
• Perform basic system administrator tasks: user accounts and password resets.
• Escalate issues per SLAs and maintain logs.
• Maintain network diagrams and records, and user documentation.
• Support 24x7 operations by shift work.
