Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Supply Chain Associate in Moraine, OH. You will manage inbound truck loads, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery to support production.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory in MGO, setting containment plans, and adjusting records. The role emphasizes independence, detail orientation, and collaboration across organizational levels.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.
• 1+ year administrative experience preferred.
• 1+ year relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GM's MRP system (MGO) intermediate.
• Knowledge of transportation management intermediate.
• Knowledge of material flow related to manufacturing processes intermediate.

Responsabilités

• Follow up all purchased parts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as main contact for suppliers and coordinate ship schedules.
• Develop containment plans to prevent production interruptions.
• Arrange for alternative sources of material and spot buys.
• Monitor and adjust truck loads to support schedules.
• Review part buffers for build requirements and adjust records.
• Maintain inventory in MGO and process adjustments.
