Job summary

Precision-Wire-Forms-Inc in Three Rivers, MI is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to plan, organize, direct and run day to day operations for the department, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager. This is a full-time role, 40-45 hours per week.

Responsibilities include safety, quality, people management and HR, ensuring production output and on-time shipping, mentoring operators, enforcing rules, and driving process improvements to keep the department on schedule.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a comparable manufacturing role.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 requirements a plus
• Bachelors in Business or related field preferred; equivalent relative work experience will be considered
• High school diploma or equivalent required
