Responsibilities

1. Help ensure employees safely conduct themselves and safety measures are being complied with.
2. Supervise and lead a team during the second shift, including facilitating daily startup and safety meetings.
3. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
4. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to meet performance goals.
5. Oversee the efficient operation of the shift and ensure timely completion of tasks.
6. Address and resolve issues that arise during the shift.
7. Monitor quality to meet company and customer expectations.
8. Communicate with management regarding issues and production needs.
9. Support activities related to Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.
10. Lead continuous improvement activities on 2nd Shift.
