Triangle Brick Company seeks a lead operator for the strapping/packaging department to oversee packaging and strapping while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role is 2ND SHIFT (1pm-9pm, Monday-Friday) and involves working side-by-side with the team as a working leader. Previous manufacturing leadership experience is required; strong communication with the team is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication with management and fellow team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team in a fast paced, highly automated manufacturing environment.
• Oversee packaging and strapping operations, ensuring safety and quality.
• Mentor team members and coordinate daily production activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize tools; perform 5S initiatives.
