Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in Spring Hill, TN seeks a Site Coordinator to bridge our team and the customer, reporting to Site Manager. This 2nd shift role runs from 4:00pm to 12:30am with occasional overtime, ensuring smooth site operations at the GM facility and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities include installing and optimizing tools, diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance and calibration, and maintaining professional customer communication to support

Qualifications

2-3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
Ability to read and comprehend schematics.
Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Install and optimize tools: Set up new tools and adjust existing ones for maximum performance.
Troubleshoot and repair tools: Diagnose, repair, and maintain Atlas Copco tools and equipment to ensure continued operation and performance.
Perform maintenance & calibrations: Carry out preventative maintenance and ensure tools are calibrated and operating at peak efficiency.
Communicate effectively: Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer, addressing their needs with professionalism and responsiveness.
