Atlas Copco North America LLC in Spring Hill, TN seeks a Site Coordinator to bridge our team and the customer, reporting to Site Manager. This 2nd shift role runs from 4:00pm to 12:30am with occasional overtime, ensuring smooth site operations at the GM facility and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

In this role, reporting directly to the Site Manager, you'll be the vital link between our team and the customer, ensuring smooth operations at our customer's site. Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Install and Optimize Tools: Set up new tools and adjust existing ones for maximum performance.

• Perform Maintenance & Calibrations: Carry out preventative maintenance and ensure tools are calibrated and operating at peak efficiency.

You will report daily to our customer's, General Motors, facility located in Spring Hill, TN. This is a 2ndshift opening , 4:00pm-12:30am, with occasional overtime as needed. Flexibility is essential as schedules may change based on company needs.

To succeed, you will need

• Experience: 2-3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and comprehend schematics. Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
