Custom Truck One Source seeks a Shop Supervisor for the Elk Point facility on the 2nd shift to oversee daily production activities and coordinate cross‑department collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and manufacturing/engineering experience, with emphasis on safety, cost control, and timely completion of orders. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with the General Manager to set production goals and review results weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Collaborate with team members to reach production targets and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure production goals are met.
• Discuss departmental issues with HR on compliance, risk, and labor matters.
• Establish stock parts standards to ensure timely repairs within budget.
• Enforce safety practices including use of PPE.
• Complete manufacturing orders promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure accurate M3 time entries to track labor costs.
• Coordinate with Quality to meet part and weldment specs.
• Assist team members to meet production and budget goals.
• Maintain organizational standards and culture within responsibilities.
• Demonstrate operational excellence as a role model.
• Perform duties according to best safety practices.
