Aufgaben

• Provide oversight and support in daily activities of Elk Point facility to ensure operational integrity.
• Act as liaison on production output and other matters with General Manager, VP, HR Manager, and other departments.
• Establish and meet production goals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure production goals are met.
• Discuss departmental issues with HR Manager, including compliance, risk, performance, and labor matters.
• Maintain stock parts inventory standards and ensure timely repairs within budget goals.
• Ensure safety practices, including use of PPE.
• Complete manufacturing orders promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure accurate M3 time transactions to measure labor costs.
• Coordinate with Quality team to meet specifications.
• Assist team members in daily tasks to meet production and budget goals.
• Maintain organizational standards and culture.
