Job summary

RealTruck, a premier manufacturer and digital destination of accessories for truck, Jeep, Bronco and off-road enthusiasts, is seeking a 2nd shift Shift Manager. You will assist the Production Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate fabrication and assembly operations to deliver superior quality products on time.

The role includes leadership of a shift crew, hiring decisions, and workforce management, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Training in Lean manufacturing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities and ensure targets are met across shifts.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems as they arise.
• Assign tasks to shift team members.
• Ensure policies are followed and coach staff accordingly.
• Lead A3/8D problem-solving for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Support continuous improvement with targeted annual savings.
• Coordinate with the production planner and warehouse supervisor to align on-floor activities.
