Job summary

Conductix-Wampfler is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving specialist to verify outgoing shipments, prepare packing materials, and manage associated paperwork. You will interact with multiple departments to meet shipping schedules and uphold quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include crate construction, material handling with forklifts, crane operation training, and ensuring compliance with SDS/HazCom regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and documents.

Responsibilities

• Verify outgoing shipments against bills of lading and invoices.
• Determine shipment method and prepare packing lists.
• Assemble and seal wooden crates or cartons for shipping.
• Operate woodshop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Process paperwork including packing slips and export documents.
