Job summary

Interstate Warehousing in Wisconsin is seeking a reliable warehouse clerk to process orders, check in/out drivers, verify seals and fuel levels, and prepare receiving and shipping paperwork. Responsibilities

• Check in/out drivers and verify seals and fuel levels by visual inspection.
• Prepare receiving documents and confirm receipts in the computer system.
• Enter manually received orders and changes into the system.
• Edit inbound/outbound paperwork for accuracy and sign drivers out.
• Communicate shipping/receiving issues to customers, carriers, or vendors.
• Prepare shipping documents and confirm shipments in the system.
• Update computer with location and hold status changes.
• Sort, file, and mail completed paperwork.
• Report food safety and quality problems to supervisor.
