Fidelis Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing pallet shipments and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment. This is a second shift role based in Colorado and requires 1+ year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems is preferred. You will coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams while ensuring safety and compliance, and you will be mentored for

Qualifications

• 1+ year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
• Ability to track shipments and spot discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming shipments; ensure items match work orders.
• Prepare outgoing pallet loads and keep shipments on schedule.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records (digital logs).
• Coordinate loading/unloading schedules with carriers and drivers.
• Be the main point of contact for truck drivers, vendors, and visitors.
• Use COLT/Blue Yonder to optimize workflow."
• Perform pre-shift checks and assign loads to forklift operators.
• Ensure safety and company policy compliance (OSHA, MSDS).
• Support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed.
