Job summary

Performance Food Group’s Performance Foodservice division is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead night shift operations. You will oversee ordering, loading, stocking, and paperwork, ensuring accurate picks and FIFO rotation while guiding a team of administrative staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Warehouse Manager, monitoring productivity via the warehouse system, and upholding safety and security standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Associates/2-year degree in business management, logistics or related area preferred.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Ensures proper stocking and FIFO rotation of received product.
• Demonstrates service quality and ensures staff understand their roles.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Uses warehouse management systems to maximize productivity and suggests improvements.
• Manages building security and health & safety programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
