Job summary

Performance Food Group's Performance Foodservice operation in Tampa seeks a warehouse supervisor to lead the receiving, order pulling, and loading activities for next-day deliveries. You will supervise administrative staff, ensure accuracy of paperwork, and enforce FIFO inventory controls.

The role requires coordinating with the Warehouse Manager on pick plans, optimizing productivity, and maintaining safe warehouse operations, including locking and security for night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of warehouse experience or related experience.
• OSHA forklift certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel receiving product, pulling orders, and loading trucks for next-day delivery.
• Ensure timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Manage administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensure proper stocking and FIFO procedures are followed for all stock.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on pick planning and throughput improvements.
