You will oversee inbound logistics, maintain inventory accuracy, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing/logistics, 1–3 years of supervision, and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in warehousing, receiving or logistics.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Experience using forklift and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Manage inbound deliveries and receiving schedules.
• Oversee material receipt verification and processing.
• Process transactions through ERP and WMS systems.
• Monitor warehouse inventory accuracy and storage locations.
• Support cycle counting and inventory control activities.
• Train employees on company procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate material flow to support production operations.
• Manage staffing levels and labor allocation.
• Oversee return-to-stock (RTS) and RMA activities.
• Maintain warehouse organization, equipment, and storage systems.
• Promote forklift safety and OSHA compliance.
• Partner with Purchasing, Shipping, and Customer Service teams.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations.
• Serve as a key user for inbound logistics, warehousing, and internal material flow processes.
