Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HiBay (Shipping) associates on 2nd shift to optimize production.
• Monitor production flow, provide training and counseling, resolve issues.
• Create production reports and track attendance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance.
• Support internal and external customers and meet service expectations.
