Job summary

Workwear Outfitters is seeking a Supervisor for the HiBay Shipping area in Whites Creek, TN. The role oversees 2nd shift personnel, ensures production flow, and maintains safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will lead training, resolve issues, and generate production reports while coordinating with other departments to meet service expectations. This on-site position requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
