Job summary

WB Warehousing & Logistics, Inc. is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk for the 2nd shift in Richfield, WI. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations with forklift operations and documentation.

You will work Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, handling RF scanning, ERP/WMS data entry, and communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience and forklift operation.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with RF scanners and ERP/WMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and verification against PO/invoices.
• Unload deliveries, verify contents, and organize received goods.
• Stage and pack outgoing shipments and print shipping labels.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanning equipment.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation in the WMS/ERP.
• Schedule driver appointments and communicate with vendors and internal teams.
