Job summary

PS Seasoning is seeking a Warehouse Receiver for 2nd shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Wisconsin. You will verify incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and correctly record items in the inventory system.

You will label and organize goods and collaborate with forklift operators, pickers, and packers to maintain smooth workflow. Responsibilities include handling returns, complying with safety procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Computer proficiency for inventory systems.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks and forklifts).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on a variety of tasks as needed.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Valid driver's license, CDL Class A required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving Shipments: Checking and verifying incoming goods against shipping documentation, like packing slips or purchase orders.
• Inspection: Inspecting the goods for any damage or discrepancies and reporting any issues to management or the vendor.
• Recording Inventory: Accurately entering received goods into the warehouse's inventory management system.
• Labeling and Organizing: Labeling received goods and organizing them into their proper storage locations.
• Collaboration: Working closely with warehouse staff, including forklift operators, pickers, and packers, to ensure smooth workflow.
• Returns Handling: Processing any returns or exchanges of defective or incorrect items.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are followed during receiving and storing goods.
