The Clerk delivers excellent customer service, communicates clearly with drivers, and upholds inventory and process integrity to ensure accurate records and smooth daily workflows.

Position Overview

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk acts as the main point of contact for all incoming and outgoing drivers at the Welcome Center or Shipping and Receiving Office. This role is responsible for verifying and processing shipments, maintaining schedules, coordinating yard and dock activities, and ensuring all shipping and receiving documentation is accurate and complete. The Clerk provides critical support to logistics operations by facilitating communication, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding inventory and process integrity.
