Job summary
Didion is seeking a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse operations and production flow in Cambria, WI. This role helps maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while moving food-grade products.
You’ll be cross-trained across warehouse functions, work 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday, and collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams. Prior shipping/receiving and forklift experience are preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ASC system a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; a technical degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
- Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up preferred).
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; warehouse systems experience a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Load trucks using sit-down, LP, and stand-up electric forklifts.
- Provide dock coverage and support shipping/receiving activities.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and carriers.
- Manage and monitor dock scheduling email and ASC system.
- Support production operations to ensure plant performance.
