Job summary

Didion Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse operations and production flow in Cambria, WI. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency while handling food-grade product movement.

You’ll be cross-trained across warehouse functions, gaining valuable skills and growth opportunities as operations run smoothly and production stays on track. Hours are 2pm-10pm, Monday through Friday, with compensation of $23-$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up preferred).
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; warehouse systems experience a plus).
• Spanish is a plus.
• Team-oriented and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks using sit-down, LP, and stand-up electric forklifts.
• Provide dock coverage and support shipping/receiving activities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and carriers.
• Manage and monitor dock scheduling email and ASC system.
• Support production operations to ensure efficient plant performance.
