Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, reviewing documentation, and maintaining shipping records in WMS/ERP systems, while upholding safety and shipping standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
2–4 years in warehouse shipping, logistics, or distribution operations.
Experience with WMS, ERP, and shipping software.
Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, carriers, and logistics.

Responsibilities

Coordinate outbound shipping activities for timely order fulfillment.
Prepare and review bills of lading, packing lists, and carrier labels.
Schedule shipments with carriers and arrange freight pickups.
Communicate shipping status withSales, CS, and Operations teams.
Verify order accuracy before shipment; ensure proper quantities and packaging.
Monitor tracking and resolve delivery issues or delays.
Maintain shipping records in WMS/ERP and ensure compliance with policies.
