Responsibilities

• Review daily outbound volume to determine trucks, carriers and delivery appointments.
• Ensure domestic and international outbound orders are processed with accurate paperwork.
• Monitor and communicate status of orders and exceptions to Transportation Manager.
• Coordinate with operations and carriers to execute daily plans/schedules.
• Maximize trailer load factors with LTL carriers and optimize freight modes.
• Coordinate timely closing of outbound orders in WM and resolve open suspense reports.
