Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years heavy-duty truck service with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong management skills: strategic planning, decision making and program implementation.
• Demonstrated product knowledge and ability to train staff.
• Coaching, training and motivating subordinates to meet department goals.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and results driven.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• CDL preferred to understand diesel service operations.
