Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Chesterfield, MI. The role involves on-site leadership of security activities, incident response, access control, CCTV monitoring and collaboration with leadership and law enforcement.

You will support C-TPAT compliance, supervise vendors and internal officers, and help implement physical security improvements while maintaining high standards of safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related security/law enforcement experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• CPR/AED/First Aid training preferred.
• C-TPAT and regulatory compliance experience a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist site security management with various assignments and crisis response.
• Support C-TPAT related activities and tasks.
• Supervise 3rd party vendor security services and scheduling.
• Supervise 2nd shift proprietary security officers where applicable.
• Implement physical security improvements and incident documentation.
