Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Chesterfield, MI is seeking a Security Officer Supervisor for 2nd shift to protect assets and maintain a safe working environment.

You will supervise security officers, coordinate with site leadership, and respond to incidents while ensuring compliance with C-TPAT and company security standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of security or law enforcement experience, a high school diploma, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related security/law enforcement experience.
• C-TPAT and/or Regulatory Compliance experience is a plus.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist site security management with a variety of assignments including responding to crises, administering First Aid/CPR/AED if needed, controlling site access, patrolling and securing areas, monitoring CCTV and security systems, and documenting incidents.
• Assist with C-TPAT activities and tasks.
• Supervise 3rd party vendor security services and scheduling.
• Supervise 2nd shift security officers and assist leadership with security improvements.
